The credit/lending products and the ACB's Entrepreneur Account, a product specifically designed for MSME entrepreneurs, are struggling to keep up with the competitors' brand awareness.

Insight

Entrepreneurs are motivated to find a banking option to fuel business growth by having more than 2 accounts and looking for loan packages

 

However, they are hindered by complex banking procedures that waste their time and demotivate them.

Solution

A strong metaphor to portray the ACB Entrepreneur Account as a reliable sturdy vessel that helps MSMEs navigate challenging financial situations and achieve growth.
