3 teams with 50 participants and spectators

  • Led the planning and execution of the event:

    • Collaborated with the Training team for game format & schedules

    • Crafted the plan proposal and submitted it to the President 

    • Connected with outsider team to invite guest coaches and players

    • Collaborated with the HR Department to distribute registration forms 

              & after-match bonding sessions

  • Supervised teamwork between all departments and club members and

       ensured an enjoyable experience for all members
