  • Led the planning and execution of the communication strategy for the tournament:

    • Conducted surveys to understand target audience preferences 

    • Collaborated with the Marketing Department to develop a communication plan outlining key messages, timelines, and promotional channels

    • Oversaw all project aspects from proposal development to risk management and event reports.

  • Liaised with diverse stakeholders as the central contact point
